iphone 4s 16gig black. no service/signal excelent condition ?

black apple iphone 16gb i lost this phone so i claimed on insurance got my new 1 then found my old 1 wedged down back of the sofa but because i recorded it lost it now has so signal or service. everything else on the phone works fine apart from you cant make or recieve calls or txts. 260 NO OFFERS not 1 scratch on the phone phone only no accessories
