Samsung Tocco Ultra Touch Mobile Phone In Box -

Samsung Tocco Ultra Touch In full working order but the camera says camera failed when you try to take a picture and there are no sounds eg,music,calls. I have checked the settings and they all seem ok but i dont know much about phones so not sure if i have stupidly changed something it the settings or if its a fault whch has occured.
